Chris Heira Biography
Chris Heria was born on December 21, 1991, in Miami, Florida. He attended high school at St. Brendan Higher School and graduated in 2008. Though Chris has not revealed his ethnicity and his family and childhood, we believe that he is of Filipino descent as his family name is mainly found in the Philippines.
Chris developed an interest in fitness as a child and soon his hobby took him all over the world to places like Russia, Norway, and Finland to compete in street workout championships and conduct workshops. In 2012, Heira was an official Barstarzz member, a popular street workout team. He represented the USA in the calisthenics world championships. Here he got his first real taste of the calisthenics community beyond the borders of the United States.
On 16 September 2011, Chris’ son Zen Heria was born. Zen is a nice kid who has a vibrant personality like his father. Chris and his ex-girlfriend are no longer in a relationship and after two years of court battles, he has reached a standing where he can see his son on multiple visits per week.
In October 2021, Chris’ new daughter was born. She is named Ocean Heira which he revealed on Instagram in June 2022. The mother of Chris’ new daughter is unknown.
Chris Heria’s YouTube channel CHRIS HERIA now has 4.8 million subscribers, and his other YouTube channel THENX has 7.75 million subscribers, as of April 2024. Chris has become a successful entrepreneur and fitness influencer who hosts two schools of calisthenics: THENX App and Heria Pro App, which have thousands of monthly subscribers. Chris also has an apparel line Chris Heria Apparel selling high-quality streetwear essentials.

Chris Heria has not made any announcements about his marriage and relationships. In 2011, when Chris was 19, his ex-girlfriend got pregnant and fought a fierce legal battle for the right to see his son. Chris proposed to his girlfriend, but she declined and decided not to get married. According to Chris, “Those types of cartoons that had bodyweight training or just pushing your body to limits. That inspired me”.
Chris works out for 2 to 3 hours per day, five to six days a week. He shares on YouTube that he begins every morning by doing 100 push-ups without fail. He does a combination of bodyweight training, weight training, and cardio.
Every training session is different for Chris, he usually does circuit-styled workouts by doing a variety of exercises the achieve the ultimate physique. In this routine to get shredded, Chris performed 45 seconds for each exercise whilst resting for 15 seconds:
