Review Summary:

After reviewing Testosil and its ingredients, this supplement looks legit overall, except that I would recommend starting on a lower dosage due to its high levels of Zinc. I’ve personally taken Zinc in the past and noticed that when I go past the recommended daily dosage, it decreases my Copper levels and causes all sorts of symptoms. If you truly want to try the produce, start with 1 pill instead of the recommended 4, and see how you feel. If you truly want to take the 4 pills a day, consider adding a Copper supplement, as recommended by Mount Sinai. Aside from the high level of Zinc, all the other ingredients seem legit. As always, speak to your healthcare practictionner before starting any new supplement, especially if you are taken other medication.

Testosil Ingredient Breakdown

Testosil contains several ingredients aimed at boosting testosterone and improving overall physical performance. Let’s break them down:

  1. KSM-66 Ashwagandha: This is a highly concentrated form of Ashwagandha that has been shown through a study to significantly increase testosterone levels and muscle strength, as well as reduce stress.
  2. Fenugreek: Known to support testosterone levels while also balancing estrogen, which can influence body composition and muscle mass.
  3. ZMA: A combination of zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B6 that is supposed to help with maintaining optimal testosterone levels and improve sleep quality.
  4. D-Aspartic Acid: This is an amino acid that plays a role in testosterone synthesis and supports your overall hormone profile.
  5. Vitamins and Minerals: Testosil includes an array of vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin D3, B6, and essential minerals like zinc and magnesium, all of which are added to support healthy testosterone levels and metabolic processes. Now, as I said earlier in the review summary, my only issue here is the high levels of Zinc contained in this supplement. The company recommends taking 4 pills per day. That’s the equivalent of 364% of the daily recommended dosage of Zinc per day for an adult human. If you plan to take this much Zinc, make sure you add a Copper supplement, as recommend by Mount Sinai. a high dosage of Zinc is known to decrease your Copper status and may cause unwanted side effects.
  6. L-Arginine HCL: This amino acid is often used to improve blood flow, which can enhance nutrient delivery to muscles and support better physical performance.
  7. Panax Ginseng: One of the oldest supplements known to man, this supplement is known, particularily in the east, for its ability to boost energy levels and reduce fatigue, Panax Ginseng is also known to enhance sexual health.
  8. Allium Sativum (Garlic Extract): Believed to have positive effects on cardiovascular health and overall immune function, garlic extract is also noted for its potential to improve exercise endurance.
  9. Calcium D-Pantothenate (Vitamin B5): This vitamin plays a role in energy production from food and is also important for the synthesis of hormones including testosterone.

As you can see, all these ingredients seem legit and effective (based on studies) when it comes to improving Testosterone levels, increasing blood flow and overall energy levels.

Conclusion – Should You Try it?

Testosil does seem to have a good combination of ingredients that are all proven, in their own way, to support a healthy hormonal profile and contribute, either directly or indirectly, to higher testosterone levels.

That said, as always, speak to your doctor or healthcare practitionner before starting any new supplement, especially if you have preexisting conditions or if you are taking medication, as some supplements can conflict with your meds.

Also, when it comes to raising Testosterone levels, nothing beats a healthy lifestyle that incorporates a balanced diet, sufficient sleep/recovery and a well-crafted strength training program. Also, avoid testosterone-killing foods and habits like drinking alcohol and partying.

Supplements can definitely help in your journey, but they are just, as their name suggests, a supplemental layer you can add to your overall foundation. You cannot and should not rely strictly on supplements to improve your hormonal profile and raise your testosterone levels.
